$85K–$115K realistic earnings. $2,000 sign-on bonus paid 30/90/180 days. 4-day work week option after 30 days. Hourly base $10–$15/hr plus flat rate $20–$30/flagged hour, plus monthly shop performance bonus up to $1,000. Route to franchise ownership for the right anchor.
40-hour week, Mon–Fri, no nights, no weekends. Health insurance reimbursement after 90 days. $100/month tool allowance. Paid time off that grows with tenure plus 5 paid holidays. Shop pays all ASE test fees. Free access to Champion University training.
8+ years independent or dealer experience. ASE A4, A5, A6, A8 minimum. Strong electrical and driveability fundamentals. Confident with a scope, scan tool, and meter. Owns tools and takes care of them. Willing to mentor and QC the rest of the bay. Believes a DVI is how you earn trust — not how you push work. Integrity over the ticket, every time.
You are the quality anchor. You make sure the diagnosis is right before parts get ordered, confirm failures instead of cannoning parts, catch mistakes before they leave the bay, and back up what our DVI shows with real technical credibility. We focus on brakes, suspension, steering, alignments, tires, A/C, cooling, charging, electrical, driveability, and maintenance — and refer out heavy internal engine, transmission rebuilds, ADAS calibration, and EV/hybrid high-voltage work.
Labor rate is $191–$221/hr matrixed. TechNet 3-year / 36,000-mile nationwide warranty on every part and labor hour we install. No customer-supplied parts. DVI on every vehicle, used to educate customers, not pressure them. Industrial fans and Porta-Cool support in the shop.
